General Instructions

The client available on this page addresses a problem where the client would appear to 'hang' when displaying a report if both the 'Hard Copy' and 'Display on Screen' options are selected on a Disposition screen. You can 'unhang' the client by clicking the 'Cancel' button in the Windows toolbar (not the APPX Cancel button in the APPX Toolbar), or you can install this update.
