Per Incident Software Updates

Customers without an annual support plan, or those whose coverage has expired,can purchase a Per Incident Software Update in order to receive new versions, releases or patches.  This includes 90 days of Bronze maintenance. The cost for this update is 60% of the license value.

Customers who want to reinstate annual maintenance that has expired longer than 90 days must purchase a Per Incident Software Update in addition to the annual maintenance.
