Inserts TRAP statements in Restructure event points for debugging purposes.

Forces a restructure to occur when requested, even if APPX thinks that a restructure is not needed for a particular file. Do not set this variable unless instructed to do so by APPX Software. Setting it removes the “Restructure not required” message normally received during restructure. Any file you select to be restructured will be restructured. This can potentially waste a lot of time recreating files that are already synchronized with their Data Dictionary definitions.
