IOUG-A Live! 2001

APPX Software was one of about 60 companies to exhibit their products at the International Oracle Users' Group - America show in Orlando, Florida, April 30 to May 2, 2001. Several thousand Oracle developers, users, and administrators were introduced to APPX, and discovered "The Premier Development and Runtime Environment for Business Application Software".

Among other themes, APPX introduced the formula:

Oracle

which means, APPX over Oracle equals Productivity squared. Oracle users, who often complain about the lack of efficient, productive development tools that work with their database, welcomed the concept of using APPX to design applications using data in Oracle databases.

It was a successful show for APPX, meeting many new prospective customers and getting the word out about the APPX product line.
