Announcing: APPX Release 5.0
APPX Software announces the release of APPX Financials version 5.0, a full suite of graphically-enhanced business applications, ready to be installed and customized for large and small companies, government agencies, and organizations.
APPX 4.2.5 was a major bug-fix patch release, with more than 320 modifications and corrections, plus new support of the HP Itanium processor line. APPX 4.2.6 through 4.2.9 are patch releases, each addressing a handful of issues.
A significant new release, APPX 4.2 features a fully reworked Application Design environment, the ability to generate PDF output, a friendlier ILF Editor including cut, copy, and paste options, more powerful and flexible widgets, and more.

Improvements and corrections to various RDBMS interfaces, repairs to reported memory leaks, and various bug fixes are among the features of APPX Release 4.1.a.
Release 4.1.9 addresses the issue of repeated displays of registration information on temporary licenses, as well as some details involving custom disposition processes.
Among the issues addressed by this release are cursor positioning in Query Processes, resizing of numeric field GUI widgets, Java runtime identification, and several items related to security.
Enhancements and corrections to the way APPX integrates with external databases and fixes to the image editor's handling of GUI widgets are among the highlights of APPX 4.1.6.
Improved performance of the APPX Java client is a major feature of Release 4.1.5, along with some fixes to the Oracle interface and the image editor.
Several changes have been made to the APPX Java client and the way it interfaces with the engine. This release also addresses a large number of bug reports and enhancements requests.
A variety of bugs are addressed in this release, some related to the Oracle interface, others to text fields being set to group headers, incorrect query constraints, etc.
This release addresses a wide number of issues, in the Runtime, Designer, and External areas.
In APPX 4.1.1, users will see corrections for bugs related to query, the Oracle/APPX Interface, and the Image Editor.
A major milestone has been achieved in APPX Release 4.1 with the introduction of a significantly enhanced GUI Design and runtime environment. The database interfaces have also been significantly enhanced and now include important new functionality as well as much improved performance enhancements.
Release 7.3.3 adds century to the system date on line 22, on the estimated completion message, and on standard report headings.
